Trophos completes a € 6.4M round financing
Trophos, a biopharmaceutical company focused on drug discovery and development for neurodegenerative disorders, announced today that it has raised € 6.4 million in a second round of financing.
Marseilles, 1st April 2003 - Participating in the round was new investor Innoveris with historical investors, Société Générale Asset Management (SGAM), Turenne Capital Partenaires, and Association Française contre les Myopathies, a patient association which support Trophos discovery program for motor neuron diseases.
The new funds will be used to continue the drug discovery and preclinical
programs of the company. Today Trophos focuses its expertise on motor
neuron diseases, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis and spinal muscular atrophy,
Huntington's disease and Alzheimer's disease.
Trophos SA is a biopharmaceutical company focused on the discovery and development of therapeutic compounds for neurodegenerative diseases.
