Trophos SA, is a clinical stage pharmaceutical company developing innovative therapeutics for indications with under-served needs in neurology and cardiology.
Trophos is working closely with patient groups, physicians and other stakeholders to bring urgently needed new therapies to patients with rare and devastating conditions such as Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS), Spinal Muscular Atrophy (SMA) and also for cardiac ischemia-reperfusion injury (IRI).
We currently have pivotal clinical studies ongoing with our lead drug candidate, olesoxime (TRO19622), in ALS and SMA and will start a trial with our second compound, TRO40303, in IRI before end 2011
